86 Million Americans or 1 in 3 of all Americans have Pre-Diabetes. If you have the following risk factors, you are more likely to develop prediabetes:

  • Over 45 years of age
  • Overweight
  • Have a parent, sister or brother with diabetes
  • Family background is African American, Hispanic/Latino, American Indian, Asian American or Pacific Islander

Our Newest program combines increasing physical exercise, eating more fresh fruits and vegetables and weekly meetings to combat Pre-Diabetes and avoid a Diabetes diagnosis with all of the problems that illness can bring.
